Amazing! Everyone at LaLa’s is kind and helpful. Alex did my manicure. She was so kind and insightful, as a natural nail specialist she gave me tips on how to best care for my nails and extend the manicure.

Had my first appointment with Jackie today and she did an amazing job on my nails. She listened to everything i wanted and took her time with my service. Tia helped out towards to end to make sure I even got the rhinestones I wanted and they also look amazing. Overall i’m so happy with my experience and already scheduled my next appointment!! Can’t wait to come back!

I was very disappointed with my last appointment here. My nails looked nice but I got a colored acrylic and rhinestones on one nail. This came out to be $112 which is ridiculous. I wish I would have disputed it. I’ve gotten way more for cheaper at other places, so I was very disappointed and will not ever be returning nor will I recommend.

I love my nail tech but management is poor, which makes customer service VERY POOR. Was a client for over 3 years, very disappointed. Lauren…Lauren, you did not call me last week. Stop the lies. Like I said Nail Techs great but you as the face of your own brand…yikes. you proved my point by your lovely example of POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. You are clearly new to the game. But guess what? Unfortunately my long time nail tech moved, so am looking for a new salon. Thought it odd that I had to put down a deposit, but ok. The staff is very clique and not very welcoming. The nail tech was unnecessarily critical of my last nail job (again, new person and didn’t work out) and just filed how she wanted. I wasn’t particular about color, etc but my nails looked like I was a preschool teacher celebrating the seasons. A few of my friends even commented ‘oh, what happened’ The nails stayed for a long time, it was a good job, but it’s kinda for the ‘in’ crowd.
