Had dip nails done by Sarah. She was a delight and it felt like visiting with a friend. Not to mention she did a bang up job on my nails – maybe my favorite I’ve ever had. She also was super accommodating with scheduling. Highly recommend! Manicure

I felt that when I booked a manicure I would be getting a full service manicure. Cuticles not trimmed or cared for, collagen mittens or any lotion were not used. I got my nails cut, rough filed, and then onto the shellac. I walked out with polish on my skin and a couple nails that were still not dry. The tips of my nails aren’t even polished. This cost me 50 dollars. My child could do this. Also, a drill was used on my natural nails! Probably will not go back.

This was my first visit to LaLa’s Salon. The owner, Laura, did my nails. She was unfriendly/unwelcoming from the time I arrived. She did not attempt to engage in conversation, which made it awkward to sit in her chair for nearly 1.5 hours. She seemed angry, and I felt more like an inconvenience than anything. She found a dirty brush at her station which seemed to upset her even more as she was unaware of who left it there. She then took a picture of the dirty brush and began texting on her phone, sighing and blowing several times. The dip color I selected looked a lot different on my nails than it did on the swatch. I noticed this after she applied about 1-2 layers of the powder and brought it to her attention. She explained that after buffing my nails and applying top coat it would tone it down. At the end of the service, it still looked the same color. While it wasn’t a bad color it wasn’t what I expected. She did not acknowledge this at all. I didn’t expect her to remove it and reapply a different color, but saying something like “Sorry it wasn’t what you were expecting” would have gone a long way with me. I also was never thanked for coming in. I would also note that I was charged a $15 fee for removing my existing dip on top of the $50 charge for new dip. I was told that if I kept coming back, the $15 would not be charged. I have been to a couple other places for dip and have never been charged for removal despite not having it done there. I think $65 is quite excessive but still paid it as I didn’t find out about the extra $15 until I was already sitting in her chair. Her work itself is okay, but personality and customer service is severely lacking. No one wants to feel unwelcome or that you don’t appreciate their business. Being nice/friendly, saying thank you and acknowledging a concern goes a long way!

Never, ever, again. This is probably the worst haircut I ever got. I asked for a simple cut. I cried on the way home because how bad it is. I don’t know who gave this lady a certificate but it needs to be taken away. Haircut
