Really disappointed in my recent haircut from here as I’ve been a customer for two years now. Came in with my mom and we both had appointments. They started off with me and as they were washing my hair I heard them refer to my mom as “the fat woman” in Spanish (they didn’t know I could understand what they were saying as I’m not a native Spanish speaker) and complaining about both of us in general. Also disappointed that they’ve had a $10 increase in their rates. Sad that I won’t be coming back as the stylists are talented but it’s not worth being ridiculed.

From the moment I walked into his salon I knew I was in the right place. Narcisa and the staff were very nice and welcoming. Right away I could sense that Narcisa was very confident of her skills and knowledgeable when it comes to hair. She listened to my expectations and she made recommendations as to what she saw and what she could do to improve my hair. It was nice seeing someone who enjoys their job and wants to make sure that everything that is going done is to expectations of the client. Once she was done I was extremely happy with the outcome. My color, cut and overall look was great. I was so happy to see my hair look so great and I loved everything that was done. I found Lala’s through Groupon and a friend’s recommendation. Everyone was super friendly, the salon impeccable and Narcisa worked quickly and effieciently (wash, cut and blow in less than 30 minutes). I love how my hair came out and will definitely be back!!
