I originally booked with Rayshona because i liked her work and was upset because when I got there, I was passed off to someone else without any notice which was super unprofessional. What I can say is though, is that the gentleman, Marquis, who did my hair did a really good job. If it wasn’t for the miscommunication they would’ve gotten 5 stars.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve had at a salon hands down. Everyone was very nice and professional. Jade my braider was quick , funny and we talked and laughed my whole appointment. Prices are great as well. Like I told Jade I am a client for lifeeeee ! Love this place and will be recommending to friends and family <3

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. They are disrespectful and unprofessional! I bought a Groupon to try out there service on my children before I pay 200 to get my own hair down. First they reschedule my appointment without telling me then when I call they state Groupon people don’t get to choose there appointment time then tried to argue with me. I see exactly why this company needs to use Groupon for promoting its business because at with that type of customer service they would never keep customers.

Do not book this woman on styleSeat. She is not an honest professional. This woman cancelled my appointment when I was on my way to the appointment and set it for the next day at 6:00 a date and time I was not available. I called her and told her that I wouldn’t be able to make that appointment time. She charged me a no show fee. When I tried to contact her she wouldn’t answer the phone and finally she responded to styleSeat saying she wouldn’t refund me. Can’t wait to file this small claims case against her. I wonder how many other people she has done this to. Do not book her

I didn’t even get to have my hair done. They told me the night before that I needed to buy the hair when in their bio it says hair included. Then when I asked to reschedule they didn’t get back to me until hours after my appointment. They have poor communication skills. Very unprofessional.
