I love this shop! I moved further away and still make the drive to LaLa’s. She is very professional and the best braider. The braids are always neat and last longer than most. My scalp is not red and buckling when done. I can actually sleep on my hair. Well worth the drive!!!!

Critical: ProfessionalismI have gotten my hair done here before & I went back to get my daughter’s hair done. Which I should not have because the owner is so unfriendly & aggressive!!! She was so loud and mean to me just for asking for the discount that she clearly has printed on her business card! She does that to lure in customers then once you’re there, she says discount is already built into her quoted price. She got extremely loud when I was calm and she said she won’t beg to do my child’s hair. So of course we left & I will not patronage her ever again!!! Just rude, so beware… take your money to someone who will appreciate your business. I have gotten my hair done here before & I went back to get my daughter’s hair done. Which I should not have because the owner is so unfriendly & aggressive!!! She was so loud and mean to me just for asking for the discount that she clearly has printed on her business card! I was given an 8am appointment, there were 4 others given the same appointment. I was getting a sew in, she lied and said I needed more hair to stall time working on others, told me to get hair with the closure then said she makes her own. She didn’t use but one bundle out of the other pack to cover her lie. A friend told me about her. I will use someone else in the future. Her so called closure is a mess. She was a waste of time and money. I told my friend don’t send nobody else to her. If she enjoys her service, then continue with her but don’t send nobody else to her because she lies and doesn’t appreciate her customers. Had I made an appointment and not showed she would have been upset yet you make 5 appointments for the same time..no worries, I’ll use someone else.
