Cindy is MAGIC!!! I walked in with what you see below and was not sure how much one would able to fix here. She spent hours (8 hours!!!!) for my hair transformation and had incredible patience throughout the whole process. Even when I wanted to give up, she kept going and that speaks volumes for her dedication and passion for her work. She is incredible and I have truly never had a hairstylist who is as honest and caring as her. I am glad to say, I have found my perfect person for my hair

I decided to try this place out because it’s close to home.Had a 2 day trip to salon. Paired with Christine as my colorist stylist. What was to be a full balayage turned into a corrective session of sorts. She did a fantastic job 1st round.I asked for more ash and I got a mushroom blonde balayage.it looked wonderful. However, when I got home, the lighting did not flatter this color on me one bit. Olive skin with icy hues clashes.Made me look drab and old.

I can’t recommend LaKoet and Cindy enough! At first I was super nervous since my last haircut at another salon was a disaster but all of those nerves went away when talking to Cindy. She took time to listen to what I wanted and gave great input on what would work with my type of hair. I have never been happier with a haircut! The Salon is beautiful, the staff is sweet and caring, and Kitty herself is an absolute gem. She always takes time to gauge what I want and bring it to life, and she always makes sure I leave the salon feeling beautiful and happy. I had the most wonderful experience at LoKoet. I had been looking for a new salon since moving to Jersey City and was very nervous to try somewhere and someone new. I have extremely fine, thin, dark blonde hair a have dealt with fairly extreme hair loss in the past, so I am always very cautious to lighten my hair and cause further damage. After waiting almost a year to color my hair again, I went to Adrienne at LaKoet. While Adrienne is newer to the LaKoet, she is the most experience stylist I have ever been with (over 10 years experience in NYC). She really took the time to hear my story, asked me several questions about the results I was looking for and she made me feel so comfortable every step of the way. From the cut to the color she absolutely nailed what I was looking while not compromising the integrity of my hair. I truly have never been happier after getting my hair done.
