Elizabeth did my hair and it came out beautifully just like my reference pictures. Such a difference ❤️ Love it here . 100% recommend , Elizabeth was so sweet and the rest of the staff were very nice as well and made me feel very welcomed. Got my hair done here for the 1st time and it was amazing! Elizabeth did my hair and it came out beautifully just like my reference pictures. I have several bad experiences and didn’t want to go through that. Liz was amazing making me feel comfortable and chatting all the way. I was super stressed about having a new stylist do my hair, I have had 1 person do my hair for 20 years and was afraid they would mess it up. I have several bad experiences and didn’t want to go through that. Liz was amazing making me feel comfortable and chatting all the way. When it was done I was super excited that I found my replacement.

Critical: CleanlinessI made an appointment for a hair cut, arrived 15 minutes early, and watched the stylist and customer speak non stop for the next 15 minutes with the customer not wearing a mask and the stylist only putting it on because I walked in with one. I waited until she was finished, quietly told her I was cancelling and why, and left. I haven’t spent the last year isolating and following all of the Covid protocols to put myself at risk by two super spreaders (I am already vaccinated but still careful). I made an appointment for a hair cut, arrived 15 minutes early, and watched the stylist and customer speak non stop for the next 15 minutes with the customer not wearing a mask and the stylist only putting it on because I walked in with one. I waited until she was finished, quietly told her I was cancelling and why, and left. My hair is extremely thick and difficult to work with, and I usually leave the salon looking looking like I have a helmet head or a cut modeled on Dora the Explorer. I called and booked a last minute cut with Veronique, since she had an opening and I really needed to get in on a Monday. She attentively listed to what I wanted, and the minute she started I could tell I was in expert hands. Unlike other stylists, she seemed to really understand where I needed to be trimmed and thinned to look cute and current. Just had probably the best hair cut of my life. My hair is extremely thick and difficult to work with, and I usually leave the salon looking looking like I have a helmet head or a cut modeled on Dora the Explorer. I called and booked a last minute cut with Veronique, since she had an opening and I really needed to get in on a Monday. She attentively listed to what I wanted, and the minute she started I could tell I was in expert hands.
