Dr Roelke was very kind and professional. All of the staff I met were also very kind and professional. I was treated with respect and I felt very comfortable and they listened to all of my concerns and were very thorough. The clinic is very clean and inviting. I had a good experience and I definitely will return for annual check ups.

I highly recommend this place! I went today not knowing what to expect, as I had never been to a dermatologist before. The desk staff person was pleasant and I got into the exam room after waiting only five minutes or so. Pepper, who I think was a nurse (I’m not exactly sure her title, etc.), was very pleasant and took a good history and asked about my concerns (what had brought me in). Kristen Mellgren, PA-C came in shortly after Pepper left and she was also very nice, extremely knowledgeable, and professional. It turns out I had several “actinic keratoses” on my arms and legs, and these are precancerous lesions. Kristin used a nitrogen spray to treat these (slightly uncomfortable, but I was warned). I also had two potentially suspicious moles, so these were biopsied. Pepper expertly prepared the areas for biopsy with lidocaine (or whatever they use). I say “expertly” because the injections of lidocaine were not painful. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction, as was a question my wife had concerning her own skin. Again, I highly recommend this place. They do have a cosmetic dermatology clinic on site and I talked to a pleasant and knowledgeable Kristi Strand there.
