Critical: ProfessionalismCalled here to ask for a newborn haircut/shave. I was told i can walk in anytime so I went there within half an hour. After getting there I was told to leave because they are doing keratin treatments and its unsafe for the baby. I asked if I should call or if they would call me and I was willing to go back at a later time. I was given an estimate of 30 mins. They took my number. After 4 hours of waiting, I finally called them myself and they told me “my girls don’t feel doing a haircut for such a small baby because her head is too soft”. I have no issues with that. Called here to ask for a newborn haircut/shave. I was told i can walk in anytime so I went there within half an hour. After getting there I was told to leave because they are doing keratin treatments and its unsafe for the baby. Positive: QualityI have had several haircuts here and they were done well. The staff was courteous and friendly. My only complaint was that the manager or owner, not sure which, did not keep her face mask on at all times. It made me very uncomfortable for myself and the other people in the establishment. I have had several haircuts here and they were done well. The staff was courteous and friendly. My only complaint was that the manager or owner, not sure which, did not keep her face mask on at all times. It made me very uncomfortable for myself and the other people in the establishment. She obviously comes in contact with many people throughout the day and if she needs a mask break should go to a private room.
