My daughter and I went to another nail salon first and we were turned away as they were too busy. I had seen Lakeside Salon a few weeks back coming out of the DQ drive thru. We got there one hour before closing and Kevin gave us both pedicures, doing an excellent job, and we were in there only an hour. My new nail salon from now on. It was great.

Absolutely terrible… I would give zero stars if possible. I wanted the same color with gel on my hands and regular on my feet. For my hands, I wanted the marble design and asked if they could do it. When the lady attempted to do, it messed up all of the polish, it took about 5-7 tries and then she finally said she couldn’t do it. When they finish with my hands, they tell me to go select a color for my feet. I calmly say, can I have the same color. Then, angrily the woman replies you didn’t tell me to put the same color go find a different color. I deny to because all the other colors are way too different. She has to give me a total of $20 back because of all the mishaps, with that I payed $45 just for scratched and messy gel on my hands. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

EXCELLENT service!!! I bombarded them at the last minute with a group of 5, 4 of which were KIDS!! They took us in with NO problems, were SUPER friendly and fun with my kiddos, got all 5 of us done in a timely manner, and did an EXCELLENT job on each and every one of us to boot! I also think it’s worth mentioning that my kids range from 9-15, 2 of which were teenage boys, and they enjoyed themselves just as much as myself and the younger girls did!! We will ABSOLUTELY be back! Thanks SO much for the GREAT service!!

The girl had her earbud in the entire visit. Didnt ask what shape or anything. She talked on her phone the entire time. Not friendly at all. When she was done she just walked away. The man came and took my payment. It was all so awkward. Customer service is big and this salon needs to know this.

I get there at the time scheduled for me and he says he can’t do them right now. I wait another hour and once I finally get in the chair for my nails he rushes. My acrylic was bending and cracking, he charged $5 extra for coffin shape and the paint was VERY messy. He’s very rude and unprofessional I would NOT recommend.HORRIBLE! Worst pedicure I’ve ever received. Matter of fact it wasn’t even a pedicure basically all he did was soak my feet for 5 mins, cut my toe nails down and paint them. The guy put lotion on my legs and just left it there. He didn’t even bother to rub it in and was about to pull my leggings down over it until I asked what are you doing. I left with my feet just as dry as when I came In. He didn’t attempt to massage my legs or feet. I didn’t make a big deal out of it bc I knew I would never return again and I was ready to go.

Really like this salon. Have had several pedicures. Good job, friendly without being intrusive. The size io the salon is excellent, but you may have to schedule since it is smaller than most. My go to place.

I didn’t get the color that I asked for. Instead I got a similar color, still pretty, but not the same. When they finished, there was sns polish all over my fingers and even under my finger nails. My skin was stuck under my finger nails for a while. I would not recommend.

Made an appointment, wasn’t seen for an hour after the scheduled time. Gel manicure was rushed – polish on the skin and shaped crookedly. Scratched me and didn’t apologize. Massage was nonexistent.
