This was my 1st time here and 1st time for a professional facial. Char was very knowledgeable, extremely professional and as friendly as could be! She answered all of my questions and helped ease my slight nervousness. I spend a few hours with her getting the most amazing relaxing facial and a fantastic pedicure it was like hanging out with a friend. I also liked all the products that were used that had little to no bad chemicals. She truly cares about her clients physical and mental wellness. I can’t wait to visit again!

I visited Lakeshore Spa for the first time. I had a Botanical Facial with Char. It was AWESOME!!! I have had many facials before but this was the BEST I ever had (I get facials monthly)…Afterwards, my face was glowing! (It was much different from my previous facials). The glow was Beautiful!! The spa has a warm and inviting atmosphere. Very peaceful, serene….Immediately after, I booked my next appointment…I walked out feeling rejuvenated….I usually dont leave reviews but had to let everyone know about Char and her talented hands!! Wonderful Spa!!

Char is a great massage therapist and overall person! I went to her for a foot massage due to a heel spur. She not only gave me the best foot massage, she also sent me home with a foot soak that has helped me tremendously get by day to day as i work 10+hours on my feet. She uses natural herbs and aromatherapy and that is a big plus for me! I am so glad that I was referred to her! Thank you Char for all that you do!

I visited the Lounge on 02/11/2020 ! I received a gift certificate from my sister Donnie for my birthday and I greatly appreciate this it was for a full body massage and a V-Steam .Char you are the Bomb . Com from explaining each step that she was going to do to her hands that felt like magic the massage was great and the V – steam was excellent and I’ll go every month if I can to have those services repeated . Once I entered the spa it was so relaxing and I just want to say Thanks Char …. oh it’s only 5 stars but I would give her a 10 . Please go and see her .
