Every time I am there they are all in such a great mood! sometimes they can be quite busy and have to wait a bit but yesterday I was in and out in an hour and a half for a fill and pedicure! So glad we finally got a nice, clean, and friendly nail place in Lakeport! And my nails look amazing! I’ve tried several other places in Lakeport and was always disappointed. I love this place!! Every time I am there they are all in such a great mood! sometimes they can be quite busy and have to wait a bit but yesterday I was in and out in an hour and a half for a fill and pedicure! So glad we finally got a nice, clean, and friendly nail place in Lakeport! And my nails look amazing! I’ve tried several other places in Lakeport and was always disappointed. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI paid for my girlfriend and her sister to go here and she was overcharged for 1, for 2, the tech doing their nails did the wrong colors from what they wanted, and 3, they did the wrong shape for their acrylic nails. To add on top they had appointments but the techs were very slow which caused them to be late somewhere else. I paid for my girlfriend and her sister to go here and she was overcharged for 1, for 2, the tech doing their nails did the wrong colors from what they wanted, and 3, they did the wrong shape for their acrylic nails. To add on top they had appointments but the techs were very slow which caused them to be late somewhere else. I am really hoping that the owner can resolve this in some way, but until that happens I would definitely be wary of this place.

Critical: ProfessionalismI don’t normally bring my daughter to get my nails done but I called in advance they said it was fine And I wanted my daughter to get a mini pedi and mani. Mind you she’s two years old. Well we were waiting for awhile and my daughter started getting fussy and impatient because that’s what toddlers do and one of the ladies started mocking her because she was telling me no. And a different lady started laughing at her throwing a fit. I found it very unwelcoming so I left. I feel like they could have been more helpful and could have set my daughter up to start getting her feet soaked in the kids chairs.. but instead when I walked out to calm her down no one tried to see if we were staying or not that’s when I left. I was outside for a good ten minutes and it just seemed like it was too much of a hassle for them. I don’t normally bring my daughter to get my nails done but I called in advance they said it was fine And I wanted my daughter to get a mini pedi and mani. Mind you she’s two years old. There is a barrier between you and the manicurist. They wrap the tub as well. The massage they give is amazing and is aways a treat. The staff is very friendly as well. I feel very safe coming here.
