I really love this nail salon. The staff here are very warm and welcoming. They do an amazing job of painting my nails and getting a smooth finish covering the entire nail. The foot massage includes hot rocks which is such a nice treat.

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY! This place is ran by the rudest, unprofessional “nail techs.” They don’t care for their customers and will definitely let you know by the way the speak to you when you have a simple question. They have no respect and are MEAN! They rush through appointments making your nails look horrendous. This place should be shut down. We do not need nail salon’s in Lake Land Hills that treat our community so horrible.

Horrible communication. Called to see if they could take two walk ins and they said yes. I was debating between a mani and pedi and decided to get a pedi instead. Only two workers there and the guy failed to communicate to me he couldn’t do pedi. Had I known I would’ve opted for the mani. He had me sit down at the pedi station and I was under assumption I’d be getting my toes done next to my sister. 15 mins later someone else walks in and he does her nails and that’s when I found out he wasn’t doing mine. It’s no wonder the other two nail salons are booked yet this one was empty when we walked in. Poor customer service, and worse off he could care less. Did not say sorry for the miscommunication. I will never return here even for a last minute urgent need.

I will not be going back to this salon again to have acrylics done. The girls that did our pedicures did a decent job, their artwork on the big toes is the best part, and they were super nice. The guy that did my acrylics did a horrible job, rushed through, did not do a manicure to prep my nails. He didn’t clean my cuticles back or anything, just slapped some white tips on and he couldn’t even do that right. The tips are too small for my nail beds. Which drives me crazy, they are too thick and not even close to the same shape. Also, he didn’t clean the excess acrylic out from under my nails, pictured below. I will be having them fixed tomorrow. I am so disappointed that my Mother’s Day will be spent do this instead of spending time with my kids.

AWFUL! I usually give nail salons a chance espically if i have not been to certain one. I got a full aryclic set which i have had many times before in my life. Very painful when the male nail tech was filing down and buffing my nails, there is extra arylic left on the undersides, usually before they finish they trim all that away, the paint job is so sloppy, my nails are uneven. I did not say anything to the tech because i know it would not have made a difference. I paid 25- and i guess you get what you pay for. NEVER COMING BACK AGAIN

Amazing job on my nails! I got my acrylics filled and shellac on them. The gal doing my nails I could hardly understand and the guy had to take over painting them but I definitely will still be going back. The prices were not bad either.
