I had a hard time researching for massage clinic that responds to my request for appointment and is flexible to accept insurance or write receipts for reimbursements and I am so glad I found this place. There was a lot of massage locations but it was such a hard thing to find something that is open and active! Their online scheduling tool was very easy and had plenty of availabilities. The providers here are very professional and great. I love Nicole and Janelle, they both are great. The front desk is very responsive and they accommodated my needs for receipts to submit the insurance so it was all very easy. Thank you!

Critical: CommunicationWhen I came in the massage therapy place Nov. 30th for an injury massage the front desk looked at me kinda funny. It didn’t feel welcoming till I mentioned the reason why I came in.They took my paperwork an asked if I was ready an said yes. His name was David! I don’t mind having a guy massager but, it was tough an hard on my body.It didn’t even feel comfortable at all.David asked how I felt at the end I told him about it.Also with the facemask part was very uncomfortable laying down. When I started to talk to him I was trying to adjust my facemask an completely told me to keep it on.I was not taking it off. Just adjusting it.When the massage was completed he told me he was not a good fit for me. Wow that was the first for me.I have decided to call the office and I explained. The receptionist answer the phone very nicely an talked to me as a real person as she understands the situation. She took notes an scheduled me with Krystal however, recieved an email saying that is with David. I was very confused. It took them awhile to talk in person. We had to go back an fourth with an email.Im not to thrilled about that. I would wreather talk to someone.Finally, I did she then scheduled me Janelle at 2:30pm or earlier. For a 6pm massage. I recieve a message( last minute) message saying she called out. I had to wait for another day to talk to them.Was not to happy about this communication.The reason why I have choose this was it’s located across the street where I live at.I have chosen a different location called Epic an the other location I love. They provide an 1 hour massage, plus hot stone. It’s truely helps. An I was scheduled 6 weeks in advance. Everyone at Lake Washington Wellness is very professional, courteous and pleasant. I’ve never been one to get massages until a slip-and-fall back injury at work a few years back. My symptoms flare up occasionally and decided to try a different location. I am more than pleased with my care. Jennie Mills, specifically, is incredible. She goes far above and beyond my expectation and is very knowledgeable, attentive and passionate. I would recommend her to anyone and already have. Thank you for your care. I hadn’t been in the last couple months and returned for a weekly session. I didn’t realize how much I needed it until the results. I feel so much better. I sleep better, move better and already have better mobility and flexibility.

I’ve been going to Lake Washington Wellness for a few years to help manage tension from flat feet and a desk job and to relax. I’ve had a great experience and would highly recommend Jennie and Rose in particular. Jennie is one of the most kind and relaxing massage therapists I’ve ever met and Rose’s non-traditional approach works amazingly well for relaxing muscles and returning the bounce to my step.

I had a wonderful experience getting a massage from Karen. It was such a relaxing and healing experience. I went in for pregnancy massage since I’m 35 weeks and my baby is breech. She helped me relax and did a great job targeting all my sore spots with good pressure. I felt very comfortable with Karen. She seems like a very smart massage therapist with a very high emotional intelligence. I’ll be going back to her again!

I have been receiving massage treatments from Jennie Mills for the past year or so and she is a gem! So gentle yet effective with her approach.
