Highly recommend this place and had a great first time experience. I called and didn’t get an answer and they called me right back. Very professional and very nice while making my appointment. When I arrived Bob was there waiting and asked what I needed and if I ever had a massage before. I’ve never had a professional massage and he made everything so nice and easy. I was comfortable and I left feeling so much better. I plan on coming back and I’ve already recommended this place to half my family. Very clean, calm environment and professional atmosphere. Love it!!!

Great experience, and happy to discover Lake Villa Wellness. An invaluable hour melting all my cares away in the good hands of a perceptive master of his craft, who located, untangled, and soothed years of painful problematic muscle tension. My cousin and I went for a massage and got the pleasure to work with Bob and Rose. They were really kind and squeezed us in last minute. We were accompanied by my cousin’s 6 month old baby boy, who was babbling during the entire massage. We were nervous that they would get annoyed by his babbling but they were understanding and professional…with a good sense of humor. Bob also offered me stretches to work on in between massages. Overall, we were pleased with our experience and would definitely visit Lake Villa Wellness again.

Just when I thought this place couldn’t get better. I have always had the best massages and customer service at Lake Villa Wellness. Now they have Penny! Hands down the best facial I have ever had. If you are looking for an afternoon of relaxation or time out with a friend, this is it. Rose and Bob will provide life changing massages and Penny will make you look ten years younger.
