Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI always read reviews, and realize sometimes you can’t please everyone. So the negative review I read, I assumed was a breakdown in communication, or a simple mistake on the part of the business. Additionally, I never write reviews, but felt compelled after a call back from this business.I called to schedule at home massage for three people. I wanted to confirm price from website, and was told it was double what is advertised. I said, obviously you aren’t interested, so thank you, and the response I received was, “I AM interested, but NOT AT THAT PRICE!” and hug up on me. What!? You set the prices!!! Then got a text that the advertised was a “business” chair rate price….ummm…ok…but the massage rate she quoted was still double what the website stated for a Swedish massage.
