I highly recommend Urban Well! My experience from the moment I walked in the door can be summed up in one sound.. ahhhhh. It was a breath of fresh air! The space was beautifully decorated with items specifically curated to feel warm and inviting while zen and spa like. The staff was extremely friendly, and made me feel right at home. My facial treatment was the best I’ve ever had! My consultation was thorough and provided me great information to make the best decision for my next treatment and skin care products specifically for my needs. The service is great and I was satisfied with my care. The only thing I did not like was the wait time. My appointment was at 10 am and I wasn’t seen until 10:45 am. That is absolutely ridiculous. The worst part is that if I had been 15 minutes late then I would have been rescheduled. Overall great care, just horrible wait times.

The wait was ridiculous, I sat in the waiting room over half hour. I was put in a room for 45 more minutes and never checked on. I saw a lot of people that came in after me passing by my room. I went there for my balance. The doctor came in checked my ears and throat and said I should see my orthopedic surgeon.
