I am so happy to have found Kathleen McLaughlin! She is by far the best LMT I’ve ever seen. I have extremely sore shoulders, neck and upper back from my desk job, and went to Lake Grove Wellness for a medical massage. It basically felt like Kathleen was reading my mind during my massage – she worked all my problem areas with the perfect amount of pressure, and found problem areas I didn’t even know I had. She was so sweet and knowledgeable. She’s the first LMT to explain to me in detail what is going on with my muscles – usually I just get told “bad posture” and that’s it. I have already scheduled with her again.
