Very unhappy with my experience. I was super excited to try this place and was let down. I paid an outrageous 70 dollars for nails I am extremely unhappy with. I got them done on Friday, it is now Tuesday and the acrylic is popping up on all the sides like they are grown out and ready to come off. (See picture). I am not rough with my nails. I know I pay a lot of money for them, so I am careful with them. This is the way they were applied. There is acrylic behind my nails that the tech failed to file off so things are getting stuck underneath (see picture). I paid 15 extra for a french tip with color that is extremely uneven on all of my nails. If I am paying 70 dollars to this company I better love them, and I don’t. I am extremely unhappy and will not be returning again.

will never go to this salon again. not only did we make an appointment which got completely disregarded, when it was our turn they literally butchered my sisters fingers in multiple places on a simple GEL manicure. no building or anything, was just a paint job… my nails were crooked and chipped within 24hrs along with all of my rhinestones coming off. they dont sanitize in between clients and just leave nail/deadskin dust all over their stations. when i politely asked for some sort of compensation strictly for cutting my sisters fingers, AND not even cleaning them off… i got yelled at by the guy who did her nails claiming it was “hangnails” and just repeatedly raising his voice, even though i was talking to the lady at the front desk not even involving him. owner said id be getting the gel manicure comped but still charged me 100% for all services that day and when i called a week later they told me i needed to come in with a reciept, which at that point i realized they obviously need the money more than me. terrible place, dont waste your time or money here unless you wanna risk your nails getting infected.

Vicky did a great job on my nails. We made an appointment and did not have to wait. Very nice atmosphere. They have Wi-Fi. This was my first visit and will definitely go back.

Average sized nail salon. It was a bit dusty in some places. Otherwise the service was great. The guy was very focused on my cuticles (which I always have issues with) and did a great job. I made an appointment right after they opened and I was able to get in a little before my appointment time. A mani/paraffin pedi took about an hour and a half total time. They all seemed to do a very good length massage. I made this right after my first time going here, and I will be back in the future. I will update if anything else comes up. I gave it 4 stars for the visible dust on the lamps and some of the decor.

Went in for the first time for a pedicure and full set. Pedicure was ok. They did over scrub my feet and it was painful and they don’t give you a massage. The full set is awful. I had to ask them to apply more product as several of my nails had spots where my natural nail wasn’t even covered. He did add more but made the whole nail thicker instead of building an apex which is what gives he nail strength. He got product all over my fingers which can cause you to develop allergies. It also doesn’t look good to have product all over my cuticles. I asked for coffin and the shape is totally uneven. He keep filing into my skin cause pain and just said sorry and kept doing it and was using a used nail file. I will never go to this salon again a complete waste of time and money.

If I could give it a zero I would worse place ever the guy doing my pedicure scrubbed my skin off and I started Bleeding he said sorry than he started massaging and it was not good at all 2 min into I told the lady next to him I want someone else to massage me she said she would was a little better not really didn’t last long at all ! So I go up to pay $53 ! 38 for semi spa it’s called so 15 dollars extra cause I got gel polish I said I should get at least half off that man hurt me she laughed in my face! Moral of the story is she should have gave me some sort of discount and not laugh in my face about it Do not come here save your money

For gel polish on my real nails I paid $43 and I didn’t even get a hand massage with my manicure. My niece got a fill and gel polish paid $48. I Think they did a decent job on my nails but just a little too pricey for me. My niece had a great experience.

The best Pedicure that I have ever experienced. It felt like a hour leg and foot massage. I experienced the Spa Pedicure and added the Hot Stone massage halfway through. Excellent! Absolutely relaxing.

Made nail and pedi appointments for 11:30 for my friends wedding party our appointments were not honored they took multiple walk ins ahead of our entire bridal party! I have never experienced this at any salon it’s extremely unprofessional and very rude I would never recommend anyone to be treated this way especially for such an important event.
