Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went to Lake Country Salons for my first time last weekend after I was able to get a last minute same day appointment. I went in for a haircut but unexpectedly ended up getting hair color done also. My stylist, Heidi, was very welcoming, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and talented. I didn’t feel rushed at all and she really took her time to give me the best service possible and make sure that I left satisfied. I usually don’t leave reviews but for this experience I had to… I’ve had a very bad hair year and after my cut and color was finished I felt so amazing for the first time in a long time! She was able to fix my color with minimal damage and the haircut I received was exactly what I wanted. She also directed me to some pretty great hair products to use at home. It has been a few days and I am still in love with my new look! Very convenient location and great prices, especially for the quality! I will definitely be returning for regular hair services and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new stylist. I went to Lake Country Salons for my first time last weekend after I was able to get a last minute same day appointment. I went in for a haircut but unexpectedly ended up getting hair color done also. My stylist, Heidi, was very welcoming, friendly and incredibly knowledgeable and talented. I didn’t feel rushed at all and she really took her time to give me the best service possible and make sure that I left satisfied. She still took care of us late when we arrived. There was a lot of frustration because we had to make changes to our busy schedule and, she still didn’t follow through. A whole 45 minutes changed from the original appointment. Only fifteen minutes she invested in the haircut that she gave. Although, we booked a hair appointment with weeks in advance and graciously accommodated multiple times to the change of times that Heidi made. She still took care of us late when we arrived. There was a lot of frustration because we had to make changes to our busy schedule and, she still didn’t follow through. A whole 45 minutes changed from the original appointment.
