It was OK, I state that, because I love the atmosphere and the lady in the front is somewhat friendly. She is always accommodating when I come to town. However, it has not been two weeks yet and I need a fill in. I arrived wanting a full set, pedicure, and eyebrow wax. But, my full set took almost two hours (which I have no problem if done correctly,) so I repeatedly said I would come back tomorrow for the others. But, was told tomorrow they would be too busy so I got everything done yet, I feel like my pedicure and eyebrows were rushed and now a week in a half later I need a fill in on my nails.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueVery unprofessional. Very rude. I made sure to show the woman multiple times the design I wanted and she insisted that she was capable of doing it properly. SHE DID NOT. As she was cutting back the nail she never asked about a length and when I asked for them to corrected she became very rude and rushed through the entire process. Paint very sloppy nails are uneven and thick in some spots and fine in the others. Very unprofessional. Very rude. I made sure to show the woman multiple times the design I wanted and she insisted that she was capable of doing it properly. SHE DID NOT. Myself and my three young daughters went there today and absolutely loved it. The ladies and gentleman that work there were amazing with my girls. They were so friendly and did an excellent job on our nails. We found our nail salon to return to every time.
