This place is great. I went with a group of friends and we all had a fantastic time. The cryo tank helped soothe my body aches and sore muscles but it was also fun to watch (and video) my friends do it. I am an athlete and always have muscle fatigue but this really helps with inflammation so that I can get back to practicing.

Visited here when I was in town. Got cryotherapy for the first time and it was amazing. The staff (Bradley) was awesome and super friendly. Definitely will come back when in town again!

Just did my first session of cryotherapy. Man let me say that if you have the chance it’s definitely something I’d recommend trying. If you have any kind of chronic pain or just a nagging pain it could definitely help. Don’t let the extreme temperatures scare you. It’s so nice and relaxing. I’ll definitely be going back. The guy was super cool (pun intended) it was a really laid back atmosphere. If your in the area you should definitely check them out. The prices are really affordable especially compared to other relaxation treatments that I’ve tried in the past.

Lake Charles Cryotherapy has helped me recover from my intense training and the aches/pains that come with it. I am 52 and also have some arthritis/joint pain I deal with and find that I get some relief when I use Cryo. Bradley and his staff are as friendly and customer oriented as they come. They get you in and out quickly, and offer pricing packages that are very affordable. I would recommend them to anybody interested in trying this therapy.
