Wendy is very responsive to the changing needs at each session. It seems she can sense what I and my body need without my even expressing it. She has extensive orthopedic knowledge from her earlier experience. I needed lymphatic drainage massage near an injury site and the results were great. Add all of the above to a friendly, intelligent, and caring personality! Perfect! I highly recommend Wendy.

Wendy’s massage was MUCH lighter pressure than I wanted and when she asked how it was progressing I told her I like deeper pressure. She defended her technique and did not adjust per my feedback. I find it so disappointing when someone asks for feedback and then responds as she did. She flicked at some pretty big knots in my shoulder and I could tell she had zero intention of truly working on my tension deeply like I had asked for on my intake form. She has healing warm hands if you like soft gentle touch, but it was not at all what I came in for. After the massage she said, “you didn’t like it, did you?” I lied and said it was great because she seemed to need positive feedback, but truly it was a very disappointing experience for me. I tipped her well, but honestly this service was overpriced for the limited effort applied. She was very kind and I could tell she definitely trys to put positive energy into her massage, but I would only recommend her if you prefer extremely gentle superficial massage.

Wendy is a miracle worker! A fall had my neck “jammed” and very painful to move. TMJ had my jaw uncomfortable and “clicking” a lot! A few sessions with Wendy Ayres of Lake Ayr Medical Massage & Relaxation had my neck in much better shape and my jaw no longer hurts or clicks! I look forward to going to Wendy and my HSA/FSA Medical card works there because she is registered as a medical provider. So happy I found Wendy. I received a lymphatic massage today. Its been a couple of months since I had some major surgery. I had never had any type of medical massage. Let me just say, WOW. I am feeling so so much better. I highly recommend Wendy. She has a sensitive touch and really seems to understand the body. I’ve had a lot of massages. But this lymphatic massage was like none of my previous regular deep tissue massages. I’m still bruised from surgery yet there was zero pain with Wendy’s approach. It felt great. My post surgical swelling is way way down this evening. And I feel really good.

She is very professional, educated and knowledgeable & answered any questions that I had!
