I pulled a muscle badly, in my lower back. So bad that, when I looked at myself in the mirror, I was leaning to the opposite side and could NOT straighten up. So much pain. One hour of massage THERAPY (and not always what I would call relaxing), and I was standing straight and moving without pain. A relaxing massage is great, but sometimes pain relief calls for more and Laird is the person for both jobs! Feeling very blessed that I have a LMT of her caliber in my backyard.

I have been going to Laird for several years now. She is the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. She really works to relieve pain and provide comfort. As part of her standard practice she USES hot stones at no additional fee. And she uses them, she doesn’t just place the stones on you and take a break. I try to have a 1.5 he massage every week. It truly keeps me limber and usually relieves my spinal stenosis pain. I highly recommend her.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualitySleeping the the recliner downstairs during quarantine did a number on my neck and shoulder! I couldn’t turn my head to the right AT ALL and had very limited mobility in my right arm. I was in sooooo much pain. When searching for a massage therapist who could get me in fairly quickly, several people recommended Laird Stevens and let me tell you… I have never hurt so good she specializes in therapeutic massage so if anyone has back pain, neck pain, whatever… go spend an hour with this angel on earth and let her do her thing! I have my full range of motion back and she fixed things I didn’t even notice were broken! I’ve been going to Laird for about a year now. She is very attentive to any issues I am having and adjusts her techniques accordingly, from using the hot stones, cupping, or Reiki.
