Laila is always welcoming and so approachable. No matter how much she is busy she will try to accommodate her clients request. I used to get hair set (blow dry) by Laila (no one else in her salon) for more than 5 yrs then i moved out of the area but when i came back today in the area – still same warmth from her for her clients and she did my hair set with the same speed and no special instructions needed.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst experience ever!! Laila was too rude. I had hip long hair and was so excited about the haircut but she turned it into a nightmare. She burnt my scalp while blow drying my hair and when i told her to lower the heat, she tells me if your scalp is too sensitive then i am not blow drying your hair and left my hair wet, horrible looking and way shorter then what i asked for. I don’t know how people are giving her positive reviews, she is not at all professional and was more interested in gossiping with her colleagues than my hair. Worst experience ever!! Laila was too rude. I had hip long hair and was so excited about the haircut but she turned it into a nightmare.
