If you are reading this, debating whether or not to come here! DO IT! I am so grateful that I came to Lahh Salon! I was in desperate need for a haircut and fresh balayage! Scary thing is, I do not have a go to hair salon in Miami so I had to take the risk on reading reviews and looking at photos! I liked their reviews and photos online, so I decide to call and see if they had any availability for that day which is near impossible for most places! Frankie, who is an Angel, answered my call before opening hours and really helped me out! The outstanding and exceptional service I received from Frankie (before even ever stepping foot into Lahh Salon) was out of this world and really impressed me! Emily squeezed me into her schedule and did my balayage that day! After the color, Sharon cut and styled my brand new beautiful hair! I cannot tell you in words how amazing this whole team at Lahh Salon is!!!!! My hair looks banging and basically boosted my confidence like 100%! The color is perfect and the cut just makes me look fresh! I feel and look amazing thanks to the incredible team at Lahh Salon! In addition to leaving the salon with a brand new look, I just felt good! And I have never received so many compliments for my hair! The team really does an exceptional job at great service! You guys are awesome and keep it up! See you for my next touch up!!!

The BEST salon I’ve ever been to! I didn’t know what to do with my hair. I went to another salon and they ruined my hair. I decided to go to here after finding this salon on google. LAHH Salon is truly a family business because they make you feel like family. In a city where customer service is unheard of (Miami), LAHH Salon is a breath of fresh air. The culture starts at the top with salon owner Emily who is just the most wonderful, kind, considerate, talented person. I lost almost half of my hair and it is so fragile now. Emily took the time to listen to me and understand that she needed to treat my hair differently than healthy hair. She really cares about her clients and so does her staff. As a guy with long hair, I was nervous because I’ve had bad experiences at other salons before not cutting how I wanted. I came in and Alice was completely fantastic, not only did an outstanding job at cutting and styling, but also took the time to patiently explain what I needed to do and how to replicate it at home. I would highly recommend, and am happy to have found someone who I can trust and not need to worry about coming back to!

So I have it a 3 stars instead of 5 only for one reason and one reason only, but first to the good stuff: Frankie ! Wow ! What a guy! Overall staff is great ! Clean salon! Welcoming… a true neighborhood salon. I removed two stars for the Proaddiction hair treatment as I was told this treatment would not at all change the color of my highlights; I even exchanged texts with them about my concern. I paid $400 three weeks ago for babylights (full head) so we all know how expensive it gets; I can’t spend more money getting my color fixed any time soon, so, for now I’ll have to deal with what I have. BUT, I have not cut my hair nor colored with this salon before , so I cannot offer any reviews of that … but at least I got to meet the owner and staff.
