I had an appointment for 3:45, arrived at 3:40. It was very crowded. Did sit and wait for a little while before I got in. BUT I was very pleased with my results once I was seen. I just needed a quick fill on my acrylics and new color and it was hard to find a place to get into right away. The guy who did my nails did a wonderful job and I would go back again. The cost was very reasonable. They do prefer cash payments that offer a small discount off your cost as well. Over all surprising happy with the experience.

I have some pretty awful anxiety and PTSD. So getting my nails done is always hard, for the most part though I get through it and enjoy the results. I do this because I anxiety pick my cuticles so bad my fingers will be raw and bloody. I’m not hard to deal with, I give a shape, I pick the color and beyond that it is whatever the nail tech wants. This was not one of those times. I love the color, however the shape is so bad. I froze and shut down. I didn’t say a word during the whole appointment. They were overbooked, rushing, nothing was done with my cuticles which is a large part of why I go in. The shape is so bad I can’t even fix them. I am going to have to go spend more money somewhere else to get this fixed.

My experience was great and nails look fabulous! Nice massage chairs, clean facility, and professional staff. My services were performed by Yvette and Lisa. Both were fantastic and I am so happy with what I got. This was an anniversary present from my husband so he is very happy that I feel good about my new nails. I will definitely go back.

I got an appointment the same day I called which was pretty great or maybe I just got lucky. Place looks nice but pretty small and cramped to me. Right away they ask me to pick a color and would I be getting gel (I picked gel).The chairs for the pedicures are ok seem a little hard on your bottom and the settings for the chair where a little confusing…. I started to ask for help but before I could there was another lady who asked and they seemed not to really help her at all. So the lady begins my pedicure and she gotten all the way to begin my polish on one toe and she stops to start another pedicure next to me. I noticed how she asked her which pedicure she wanted while I was never asked that for mine…. So another lady comes to finish my feet she takes the poilish off the first lady started then begins to work on my feet (I assumed the first lady must have missed alot this was another 15 min or so she did this) She does the polish which I thought was pretty nice. So proceeds to do my manicure and went it ok I really didn’t know how to work with her she kept telling me to relax when I was….I don’t think she was being rude just a little confusing. Another lady was getting nails done a chair or so down from me and she is very engaged in what they had going on with her nails and I feel like my manicure was not the greatest because she wasn’t really focused. I paid 105 in total so Im not going to complain but I dont see myself going back

Fill & Pedi: they did my nail fill great. But my Pedi was a different story, they used a cheese grater on my feet, which is illegal. They don’t have the Pedi tools in a sanitized sealed package.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. The quality of work was mediocre at best but the main reason is due to the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced. When I called to ask a question regarding my daughter’s service the woman that answered the phone immediately began screaming and then hung up on me. I called back because I thought we were disconnected and she confirmed that she in fact, hung up. She then continued to yell, did not allow me to speak at all, and hung up on me again. I standardly try to have empathy if someone is just having a bad day, we all have those, but her behavior was erratic, unwarranted, and inappropriate. Again, there are many other salons in the area that would do just as good of a job, but without being treated so poorly, I would recommend to go anywhere else.

ANN did an awesome job on my pedicure and manicure. My feet were in pretty bad shape and she made sure to scrub my feet and whatever did not come off she removed the rest of the callus using a different method. Then gave the best hot oil massage on my feet I’ve ever had. Also while painting my nails she made sure to clean up any polish they may have gotten on my skin unlike other spas. I could tell ANN was very passionate about her job and I would suggest going to her for anyone looking into making an appointment at this spa.
