I have had laser hair removal here before with plans to continue. While the service itself is okay. I am appalled at the scheduling system. 3 separate times over the last 6 months I have booked an appointment in person, and ADDED the date to my phone and confirmed with front desk. Every. Single. Time. The day of my appointment I am not in the “system”. I also have gotten a call a day ahead of my appointments asking where I am at? The gaslighting when this happens is terrible service. I am very busy and cannot book and rebook appointments. I’m not sure if the front desk girl doesn’t know how to process bookings or what is happening. But overall it has been a poor experience and Causing me to find another laser hair removal tech. Really disappointing

After countless google and yelp reviews Laguna had the best pricing for my budget. While at the time pricing was what drew me to the location what kept me coming back was the unfiltered friendly manner in which I was treated. It is hard to describe but the atmosphere is small, personal and the staff was able to outline the process and pricing. The tattoo was removed in less time than expected. Jessica does a great job, she knows to ask the right questions, checks in for pain levels and knows when to give feedback on how the process can work better for me. The comfort level is unreal. Be warned, while I went in for tattoo removal I added other beauty regimens I was not in the market for on my own, it gets addicting. I will continue to get laser hair removal at Laguna and recommend to anyone looking to get a tattoo removed. Job well done ladies. Also post more before and afters pics online it is what helped me choose your location a year ago. thank you

My first time getting hair removal has been here and I honestly would not go anywhere else. I feel that I wont experience burns here and my safety is top priority. The treatments are also quick but thorough. I don’t feel like I am being rush and I am actually listened to. If I have a complaint or a question it gets addressed. I have been seeing Jessica for almost a year now and have never been disappointed with her treatment. If anyone is wanting hair removal done I highly recommend this place.

If you are thinking about getting laser hair removal, I highly recommend getting treatments at Laguna Laser. The location is great. It’s clean and comfortable. I did one years worth of treatments. I made appointments every six weeks. The techs were all awesome. They are friendly, professional and flexible with your personal needs. I’m extreme happy with my results! I’ve had almost all of my unwanted hair eliminated or reduced dramatically. It’s definitely worth the money. You won’t regret going to Laguna Laser!
