I made a wedding hair and makeup trial appointment. When I went in I was told that my makeup trial wasn’t wrote down so I had to come in a different day for that, against my schedule. Back up to the hair trial, the woman said she couldn’t do what I showed her and said she would do the closest she could and it didn’t even turn out similar. I liked the style in general, but not for my wedding. I was highly disappointed but went back in for my makeup trial days later. I showed the stylist the makeup I was after and it was natural warm colors and she had ended up putting purple/green on my lids, which I liked for general wear, but again not what I asked for. She then put a lip color on that did not fit well with my skin tone along with foundation that was way off. She then caked it all on and it looked bad. I then had my eyebrows waxed and she had done them way too thin and had caused bleeding in several spots on both brows. I was completely dissatisfied with the entire service and will not be going back for the actual wedding day.
