This is my 3rd time going to them for dip. I appreciate a small business and they usually do a pretty decent, but this time was really the last straw. I waited about 30 mins and she completed my service in under 25 mins. She rushed, never asked what shape I wanted, didn’t cut my cuticles, and my nails look simply painted. I’ve never been the type to leave a bad review but if you are looking for decent nails and service, I would just say to look somewhere else. try it if you want, their prices are pretty good but you get less than you pay for.

Never going back. Manicure was more expensive than my usual place and they charged extra for taking off the old polish and extra for shaping my nails. The manicurist didn’t do a base layer or top coat and rushed through it.

Please do not waste your money in this place. It was a terrible experience for me. I had an appointment for 12:30, I arrived at 12:15, it took them more than 30 minutes just to have somebody soak my nails in plastic bag full of acetone, that by the way it’s terrible for your skin, after 35 more minutes with my nails soak and almost an hour after my appointment, finally somebody else came to start working in my nails. Once I say I wanted to have tip on because my nails were uneven she insisted to have the dip on my natural nail (omg! Who does this?) but well she finally accepted to put tip on my nails.

I have loved every single experience I have here. Stephanie is so sweet and does absolutely amazing work! I get the dip full set and they last much longer than any other salon i’ve been to! I have also gotten lash extensions before and it was a very relaxing process and I was very pleased with the end result and plan on getting them done again in the future!

Got a mani/pedi here for the first and last time yesterday. Spent $65 + tip to come home and spend 20 minutes finishing the job. No cut down or file or top coat with my pedicure. No base coat or top coat, lotion or massage/hot towel with my manicure and didn’t clean it up once polished. Didn’t assist me with my shoes when it was over or even let me know they were finished with the job. On a positive note I got in and out very quickly since they skipped most bits of the job. I won’t be back.
