I am from out of town and had my cousin’s wedding with just an hour left and she worked it out with her sitting client and got me in a chair. I looked amazing and she barely charged me just $25 for a wash and style. Girlfriend saved my head! I made it in time and didn’t look a near-bald mess as I thought I would panic-calling the 10 salons before I found Lagniappe, Too Salon. I wish I had called them 1st but I didn’t know any better. Justina is an ANGEL! I am from out of town and had my cousin’s wedding with just an hour left and she worked it out with her sitting client and got me in a chair. I looked amazing and she barely charged me just $25 for a wash and style. Girlfriend saved my head! I made it in time and didn’t look a near-bald mess as I thought I would panic-calling the 10 salons before I found Lagniappe, Too Salon. I wish I had called them 1st but I didn’t know any better. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI don’t know if I can write a review that will do justice to the services I have received there but I will do my best! First and foremost the salon is spotless. I have not seen a score lower than a 100 since I’ve been going there the past 2-3 years! Now with the pandemic they have provided ample protection between chairs and are always spraying down their equipment, chairs, booths etc. I use Justina Burbage and believe me when I tell you she works magic on my hair! One of the things that has impressed me about her is that she is always upfront and honest with me about what my particular type of hair will and will not do. I have asked a few times for a certain color and/or cut and to be honest, slightly disappointed when I was told my hair would not cooperate with it (I have many cowlicks) only to turn have her turn me around in the mirror whereI cry with joy because it is more beautiful than I could ever have imagined. I am not exaggerating when I say it happens EVERY time she changes it up!! I am now proud of my awesome gorgeous hair! She’s incredible when it comes to color. I have seen her do natural colors to some getting rainbow hair and everything in between. Now all the women there are excellent with what they do, I’m just a loyal Justina Burbage fan and client!! She’s definitely a perfectionist. I have known her to have a client come back in because she, Justina, wasn’t satisfied. The client was ecstatic but not her lol! She wants you to look your best when you walk out of the salon and it’s not just for her. It’s mostly for the client. She loves to see these women walk out with their head held high and a smile on their face. I know this review is super long but I feel she deserves it. She puts her heart into every person that sits in her chair and that is why she has such a loyal following.
