Ladyz of Elegance is a second generation family owned business since 1990. The Bell Sisters took over in 2002 and pioneered the Treebraid concept in St. Louis, Mo. The family now have locations in both St. Louis and Atlanta in addition to the Lady Elegance Product s and Hair extensions.

I had make two visits to try and to fix my hair. I’m not very happy with the quality of the hair used at all. Feels it’s very poor quality. The hair tech didn’t take ownership for her poor service. She didn’t finish her service on the first visit.

I’m satisfied with the results of treebraids. It is so gorgeous of braids. Protective styles that help me look my best. Lafeda does my hair and she is so flexible. I have a busy tight schedule and she works with me each time. Going on a year now that I’ve been faithful patronizing this business and every time I’m happy with the services going about every 6weeks. The hair products I love them and would sell them they are so good! Try their hair products!

The stylist I have is never on tume. They don’t believe in returning your phone call. You shouldn’t have to chase a person to have your hair did. Not only this, my last scheduled appointment the stylist was a no call no show sending her sister to do my hair instead. Never met this lady before but needed my hair did. Took a chance. Please please please do not support this business. Training in customer service is definitely needed.

Very nice environment. This was my first time having tree braids and installed and I was disappointed. The front looked okay but there was braids showing in the back and sticking up. The stylist offered to sew it down a couple of days later, but I decided to take it down. $200 dollars out the window. Not happy with the outcome.
