Korean place where they assume you don’t speak Korean… if you speak fluent English. Not great on decor or professionalism. We to my regular place after stopping in here to try and get a pedicure (based on reviews) initially… the furniture and pedi chairs give me the impression that they don’t have income/or do not invest in the location. Why are all those pedicure seats right next, to each other… while there are thrift store couches spread so far apart in the front area?

Ladys Nails was my favorite nail salon for years, the last few times we have gone there have not been good, half the massage chairs are broken and they don’t tell you. The ladies aren’t as friendly as they used to be. This last time I went my lady didn’t say hello, and was very rude, cut my nails too short and made me feel very uncomfortable showing the other lady my feet since I have lymphodema. I’m sad that I have to look for a new place to get my nails done after so many years of coming here .

Great service, they took great care of my mom and I for a mani/pedi. It did take 2 hours, but I felt so pampered I didn’t mind. The bonus of a shoulder rub while your nails dry is a very nice gesture. Coupled with very reasonable prices and I’ll be going back for sure.

I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star. From the beginning we got rescheduled 3X and we we’re running a bit late told her we would have to reschedule for 1:30 she laughed and said they were going to be “busy” at that time. We finally showed up the lady at the front desk was rude. The lady doing my feet had a bad comment to say that she should’ve kept to herself she told the lady sitting next to her that she had to repeat herself because “I didn’t give her an answer” I told her “ I didn’t say anything because that wasn’t funny” and the front desk lady was just walking back and forth giving us dirty looks. We proceeded to go check out and the lady kept on insisting how much was I going to tip, that was even on my head because of the horrible service I just had, and I told her to just put a dollar and she laughed. The worst part is I saw some roaches on the floor, that should’ve just been our red flag to leave from the beginning. Please go to any other salon besides this one! So many better nail places out there than these racist lady’s.
