I live in New Braunfels but visit my fiancé in Bay City. Out of all the nail salons I’ve been to in the San Antonio and new Braunfels area, thus is the best ever. They hand paint everything…no tacky stickers. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I bring any picture in and they replicate it perfectly. I have also had my eyebrows waxed and they always look amazing.

Always a joy every visit! From everyone in the front to the back, you are treated nicely. And the plus side, you are CUTE when you leave, no matter what services you get. Personally, I’ve had eyebrows sculpted, nails and pedicure, and I’ve been satisfied with all. Over 20 years experience, and I’m happy to have been apart of it at the beginning. Highly recommended!

This is the best place for eyebrows, hands down! The atmosphere feels cozy and inviting, and it’s possible to actually relax while you’re getting yourself fixed up. I will say that the quality of nail service depends on the technician, so definitely speak up if you don’t like the way someone is doing something, and don’t be afraid to book an appointment with somebody else next time. I’ve had night and day differences between people. I won’t drop names for nails because some people love the same person who drives me crazy, so maybe it’s just personal preference! But everyone agrees: Cindy is the waxing queen!

I visited this nail salon today. I wanted white overlay refill, just like I always get. Instead they insisted to put different overlay and then white gel on top. After telling them that’s not what I wanted I got horrible service. My nails are now crooked, even after pointing it out several times and the overlay it too thick. Not to mention I have white powder stuck to my fingers/skin. The nail tech rolled her eyes at me several times. To top off the horrible service, one tech said it would be $35, but I paid $45. I paid it, but will never come back. You lost a good customer, sorry to inconvenience you for good customer service.
