Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI am not a “frequent” salon person, in fact I go maybe once or twice a year. I am however an avid researcher in regards to services I am looking for. I was looking for a salon that was not a “fast food” salon, where they double book clients and you are being left so they can deal with the other appointment they booked during your time. The blessing ❤️ I found in the Ladybug Salon and Linda are almost beyond words. Her ability to make sure you feel like a welcomed friend, that your appointment is your time no others. Linda listened to my fears, assured me of what she was doing also we made decisions together so we both felt at ease about what we were about to do. My hair came out gorgeous, in fact my hair has never looked so good, I absolutely love the color, the feel, and that I found my hair stylist. I just wish I was rich so I could have her come do my hair everyday.
