This salon is AMAZING! Not only does it have the cutest esthetic, to die for plants and goodies, and a great coffee bar, but the owner and stylists are all so nice, fun, and knowledgeable in their craft. Adrianna is my stylist and I have been going to her for years. She is beyond knowledgeable and the go to person for her coworkers when it comes to color questions/corrections. She does amazing work and I would highly recommend snagging an appointment with her! 10/10 would recommend!

Sam Smith did my hair for many years and is so extremely talented! Not only does she make you feel comfortable, she’s so kind, hilarious and is an absolute light! I absolutely loved how my hair turned out every time! She does a great job of making sure that you’re both on the same page in order to achieve the desired outcome! I came to this salon a while back and have just recently had life slow down enough to take some time to leave a review. Hallie worked on my hair and was awesome to work with. She was easy to talk to, listened to my hair care habits (including never really going to the salon) and crafted a plan to fit my unique situation. She also made it easy to understand. I often avoid getting my hair cut, let alone colored due to just being uncomfortable in salons. The pressure to talk, the noise and lighting is just too much for me sometimes. I explained this during our conversation and she was kind enough to let me know that if I wanted to continue working with her in the future her evening hours were usually less over-stimulating and she let me know when she usually accepts her last appointment too. I appreciated her kindness and understanding. Like I mentioned earlier, she was very easy to talk to and my hair came out looking amazing. It still looks good months later. I can’t wait to book another appointment with her next time I need a little change!

Gave my new haircut a week to give it a chance, because I was initially displeased. And now that time has passed I am still so embarrassed of how my hair looks. I went into the salon with better hair than I did coming out. Asked my stylist for soft subtle curtain bangs blended into face framing and some long layers. I wanted them to be long enough to tuck behind my ears. Even showed the stylist an inspiration image of the hair cut I wanted because it matched my similar hair texture. I think I should’ve questioned my stylist more on her confidence and ability to do this haircut and asked for images of similar cuts that she’s done. I instead trusted her and received a blunt chopping of bangs that neither tuck behind my ears or blend into face framing layers. I am comfortable with styling my own hair but still cannot get these disproportionate bangs to look good. I regret this haircut and will spend months growing out the chop. Future patrons, please establish the abilities of your stylist to ensure you get what you ask for!

I’ve always jumped around between salons and stylists because I’ve never found that I liked enough to be loyal to. I recently moved to Phoenix and expected to continue the search, but on the first try, I was lucky enough to find Ariel (@colorbycrombie) and I wouldn’t consider going to anyone else now. Definitely the best haircuts I’ve ever had (and she makes it seem so easy!) and I love the natural looking color she achieves – I’ve had problems with brassiness before, but she does such a natural-looking job! Plus she really listened to me and made it so that it lasted really well and grows out great, since I’m not one to come in constantly for touch-ups. I also have to say, she does the beach waves! I try to time my appointments when I have events or things because my hair looks so good when I leave. Even other stylists at Lady and the Wolf have told me she’s the queen of beach waves! I’ve gotten better at the waves myself by watching her IG tutorials, but they still look so much better when she does them. She’s also so friendly and I feel so comfortable in her chair!
