From start to finish I had a great experience at this salon. It was so easy to make an appointment after inquiring online, and they were able to get me in the following week thanks to a cancellation. Shelby was extremely attentive and understanding to what I was looking for, and she absolutely delivered! I am obsessed with the way my hair came out and it has been so long since I’ve received this many compliments on my hair. I walked into Lady T today on a whim that they would even be able to take me after a not so good experience somewhere else. I was welcomed with warmth and comfort and put right into a chair seconds later. These ladies are the sweetest around with the biggest hearts.
