I went with a broken nail and they managed to fix it, so far so good. I was attended by a man who left my nails horrible, very poorly painted and poorly filed… apart from the fact that he was rushing too much because someone else was waiting for him, I am not happy with the service at all… an overpriced very expensive. Went in for a gel pedicure, five minutes into my pedicure another woman walked in and the lady doing my feet told her she would get to her in 10 minutes so she rushed through my pedicure leaving dents and tearing up my cuticles two days later I realized I have an infection on two of my toes, this was the worst service I’ve ever received!!!

I kinda liked it there, until i realized, they dont follow a set pricing. They just add random extra charges and make up a new number every time. I always get the same service done, but they also charge me differently. For instance, i always get a gel manicure. Typically its 20-25$, sometimes they charge 30-35$. Today i got a regular color (no gel) and the girl said its 30$. I was like wtfff gel is usually cheaper than that

I paid 50$ for a pedicure my toes now have ingrown nails which I didn’t have to begin with. She asked me if my toes hurt I told her no and still cut my “ingrown” leaving my toe bleeding. I paid for the best spa and my feet feel worse than I had them. Also she left exfoliating scrub all over my leg leaving my legs to be sticky and had to clean it off in there bathroom.
