Was ok service was overpriced to get a gel manicure with a layover. At that point, I should just get a full set and pay a little cheaper. I tried going to get my nails fixed there’s a 3day policy(didn’t see anything posted at the salon) which is understandable but being that it’s a week before the holiday’s everyone’s busy and the problem is very visible it’s acrylic sticking out on the sides of my nails it’s not even the Polish and if we do want to say anything about the polish my nails look like I got them done two weeks ago even since the day I got them done my daughter made that comment that my nails look like I’ve had them on for a while when again they’re my own nails. I was told I had to pay to get them fixed then I already paid almost $70 not even a week ago ♀️

Really amazing customer service, this is my favorite nail salon to go to in Pueblo. Everyone was so nice and they weren’t busy at all. The only thing I don’t like is that they’ve been very slow recently.

I showed a picture of what I wanted and told the lady I don’t want it to be a copy but I wanted something like it. Instead of helping another technician was telling me that it was too expensive and that I should only have a design or a dang sticker. I have no problem spending money on my nails but shouldn’t I get what I want? Sorry guys absolutely not doing my nails.

Just got them done 2 days ago and I was in a rush.i kept telling him to fix them and he would just put a. And then say there he became very irritated with me when I kept pointing out his mistakes.the acrylic must be cheap because my sides are already chipping yes there’s no wait to get in but do u I’ma hurry n they said 30$ for a full set n charged me 60$ Steve dismissed me instead of fixn them they were crooked for 60$ deserve better service .do not go here

friendly staff, wasnt rushed but also noticed that my technical wouldnt coat my entire nail with gel polish. I grow my own nails out long so they can have nice gel polish to look nice but also to keep nail strong. when thr entire nail isnt coated, the bare edge is noticeable and lifts sooner than it should. loved the large color choices.
