This was the worst place I’ve ever used., the 3times I’ve gone here, I was disrespected every time. The worst was today…went in and was told I needed to wait for 20 minutes….so I sat down….a few minutes later, a woman walks in and the lady said I had to wait for an hour…..very unprofessional and very disrespectful too. Not great work the last couple times….thus when this happens today, I gave them a piece of my mind and left , vowing never to come back….terrible service period….

Critical: ProfessionalismThis one new lady in there kept insisting on putting acrylic on my nail when I clearly told her I wanted to let my nails rest, really got on my nerves. As for my lashes she kept opening my eyes and the glue burned my eyes a lot and to top it off she didn’t even put them on right. The experience was completely terrible, I came here with my younger sister and mother. There was this young adult man who was doing my sisters pedicure and under 3 mins he claimed he was done. I checked my sisters toenails and still saw left over nail polish from before. There was still dirt left in her toenails. All he did was slap my sisters legs with lotion, put clear polish on, and suddenly he was “finished.”

Horrible experience. Never coming here again. I was charged $32 just to get my nails polished. I mean if I wanted my nails polished I would’ve done it myself if I would’ve known it was going to be $32. Waste of my money!
