Just a tip of advice to anyone who wants to go here: DONT!! I waited an hour and 45 minutes to get the worse nails I’ve ever gotten. I asked to make an appointment after 45 minutes of waiting, the lady said they don’ do appointments and they could get me in. The lady before me while waiting even said these are the worst nails she’s ever gotten, and she will never be coming back again. I asked her for short, matte white, sqouval nails, she Made them squared; too big for my nail beds, put gel on, dropped the celant on my nails, they are not the same length. I went about 5 days ago and all of my nails have already fallen off. Here’s a photo of the nails:

This place definitely has a bad reputation, however, Helen does the best work. I’ve gone to TONS of nail salons and Helen does dip manicures so well. The best I’ve ever had. They last me 2-3 weeks. My nails grow super fast which is why it only lasts that long but I know it would last most people a month. She takes her time and massages my hands with cuticle oil after which I LOVE.

Not only is the staff completely rude they take advantage of people. If it’s your first time getting anything done in a nail salon DO NOT GO HERE. This is my 5th time going here and every time I received the exact same service and every time it was completely different prices. They tried charging me for the gel and I didn’t even get gel. They ended up still charging my debit card $12 more than what agreed and I signed for. Not to mention my nails look like a 10 year old did them. If I could give this place no stars I would. This place used to be great and now it’s just completely gone down hill. DO NOT GO HERE.

After 2 years of just average work. I started going elsewhere. The owner lady always misses finishing the nail on the left side. My mom, a friend, and sibling all have noticed. Paying full price, I expect quality work. I gave them another chance. They said 30 or 40 minutes. I had to leave for work in 2.5 hours. 2 hours later I walked out. I will never return.

I stumbled into Lady Nails about 40 minutes prior to closing. Kim was working with another customer, but greeted me as I came in. While she finished up with the customer, she made polite conversation and sat me in the booth next to her. Kim was quick and attentive, but I did not feel rushed. I just received a standard manicure and Kim added an oil to my nails after they were dry to prevent smudging which I had never seen before but it was useful getting in my car. While I can’t speak to any of the other services, my manicure is on day 5 with one very tiny chip on my thumb. The pictures below were taken 4 days after my manicure was done. Usually manicures do not last more than 2 days for me (if I am lucky). I am impressed and would recommend Lady Nails from my experience! Ask for Kim 🙂

I was able to get in for a mani-pedi without an appointment and the staff nice. The person did a good job massaging my legs and hands, but the polish itself and even the filing was sloppy. Critical: QualityI use to go to this salon on a regular basis (every 2 weeks) a few years ago. I have sense moved to Missouri so haven’t been there in a while…I went with my mother yesterday for a regular paint for her & full set for myself…I’m not sure what the technician’s name was but she was very crabby & short. Definitely didn’t care for the service. & there was left over gel paint on the sides of my nails that she didn’t bother to remove. I came home & filed off the access paint myself. Critical: Quality, ValueWorst pedicure I have ever gotten in my life. Kim did not massage my legs or feet once, she was distracted the entire time while doing my toes. I asked to have one nail fixed. I do not get my nails done here ever but I was in a rush that day. The nail that I asked to fix was completely crooked and not smooth at all.
