Gave them 2 tries. The first nail tech rushed and some nails were not even covered while other nails were crooked. I went back for a fill in and the second nail tech did an absolutely terrible job and filed my skin multiple times (painful) with the electric file. I also left with severe burning under my nails. They are kind people! I’m just not really sure how they were allowed to be licensed. Never going back.

I had a great experience here. My nail tech was Hannah, and she did a great job! She was also friendly and gave me plenty of time to pick out the color of the SNS she was putting in my nails. Other places I have been made me feel rushed and didn’t really talk to me at all. Also, the other employees were friendly and seemed to get along well with each other. Several of the clients in there were clearly repeat customers, the staff knew them and it was nice to see that because it made me feel like it was a place people wanted to patron. The cost of the manicure was better than other places I called as well. It was a great experience all around and I will definitely be back! Ask for Hannah.

Ive been going for a couple months now (about 5) doing refills on acrylic nails. I usually get gel on my hands and regular polish on my feet. I really appreciate the work they do. My sets last 4+weeks and i only really HAVE to go because i want a new color. My nails have never broken off or chipped this whole time so i am SUPER impressed. Im usually there for about 2-3 hours depending on how busy they are but its super worth it for me to relax and be tended to for such an affordable price. Theyre so nice and accommodating to my requests i hope to continue going for years to come.

This place does great work. They cannot however open their doors on time. If you have a 10:00 appointment, take your time. They’ll show up around 15 after. They also triple book and your 10:00 will maybe start by 10:45. Very frustrating. Pedicure, Nail art, Dip powder, Manicure

I have been around the Smyrna area for 28 years, although originally from nashville. I have visited and disliked many, but “Lady Nails” was AMAZING! Tiday was my first time visiting, and i was VERY please witg the warm greeting as a walk in. I got a mani and a pedi, and they were exeptional, expecially my pedi. T is her name, shes the one who did my feet, and she paid attention to every little detail when doing my toes. Ive had many pedi in my day, and due to her ability and professionalism, this was definately the best pedi i have ever received. The service and friendly welcome was awesome too. They also offer massage chairs, hot stone massage, sugar scrubs, ect. I will not be visiting any other salon after visiting today. They just got their new regular. T and Dustin did great on my toes and nails with critique and professionalism. I will definitely be back no questions asked. Amazing atmosphete. Amazing people. Amazing salon. I will be back most definitely. They deserve as much credit as i can give them. Their family oriented, and take pride in their customers. Im a new regular and will be coming back very soona

I don’t normally get my nails done, but every now and again I appreciate the grooming. Lady nails has a staff that all do a wonderful job. Each worker pays attention to detail, not just the owners. If you’ve been to hit or miss locations, you’ll be satisfied with the work done here for a first time.
