0 – not available. I was trying to find a shop kinda of late one night, stopped in there. The only tech was the one to the left when you enter, she was in the 1st station. She removed my old overlay, put nails on 3 fingers because they were chipped. She put a pink power overlay and gel polished , I had 2 simple designed on each hand. She never gave me a price prior to doing the work. I should have asked. When finished, she charged me 100. She tried to justify, there is no justification. I will never go there again. Those that say they don’t understand the bad reviews. Maybe you are a regular or some other reason you are getting better, more honest service. She taught me a lesson.

Honestly, I was scared to visit this salon after reading the reviews, but I decided to give them a chance since I many reviews were old. As soon as I walked in, I felt like a valued customer. The staff were very polite and friendly and the salon was clean. I was in the pedicure chair within 10 minutes of arriving. I love the quality of my pedicure and nails. They can be a be pricey, but I think it’s work it. I’ll definitely return in the future!!

The lady that did my nails was rude , she over priced me . I do not recommend. I got the shortest length in gel nails . I asked her to free style my two middle fingers , her response was “ I don’t know what you want “ girl that’s why I said to free style . Will never come back

be careful what you agree to. They will give a price then tack on additional charges added for service. Had a gel polish no manicure, acrylic nails & pedicure expecting to pay $125 was charged $175. At checkout as told that the charges were without xtra service provided and that I enjoyed myself, they charged no tax and there was nothing that could be done to rectify. After standing at front counter for 15min the lady offered me $10 “her money” turned her back and walked away. I continued to stand there letting them and customers know my frustration and made sure to tell them it was “my money” they were overcharging!

This was the worst and most expensive pedicure I’ve ever had. You couldn’t understand the menu and the prices were not listed on the menu. She just pointed to random boxes in the corner and started naming prices. When I asked her if the 45 dollar pedicure was the cheapest she got a horrible attitude with me. Then she asked me if I wanted her to scrub my feet for calluses and everywhere else I’ve been it’s never extra.. well she does one foot and then says “ Oh I forgot to tell you it’s 7 dollars extra” with a smirk on her face. Then she cuts my toe during the pedicure. It starts to bleed and she has to put an ointment on it that stung like crazy!! I will not be going back to this place. In the end I hate to pay 52 dollars for a pedicure where my toe was bleeding and the person was rude.

Lady Nails is wonderful, I’m not sure I understand or can get behind these negative reviews. T T is great, welcoming and warm. The people there work hard and have always done a good job on my nails, both pedicure and manicure. I have been coming to Lady Nails for ten years now and have never had a bad experience. Also, for how clean and nicely kept their shop is, and for the good services they provide, I think the prices are really reasonable.
