Clean & friendly but the the business have very high employee and management turn over. They used to provide beautiful services now it’s cheap and fast. They are over priced, but they provide less services than they used to years ago. What are used to differentiate them from other nail salons does not exist anymore.

LOVE this place! Been going here for 9 years. My daughters first manicure was with Lady Nails. They treat her like family. Lisa the owner is an artist. Linda and Sue and the rest of the staff couldn’t be friendlier. You won’t be disappointed!

I called for two appointments, they only planned for one. Pedicure felt rushed, not as good as I have had there previously. My friend’s manicure was basic at best and she had to keep asking for make corrections. Overall it was just mediocre. However, the biggest disappointment was watching the level of service directed at other caucasian clients. We are all spending our hard earned $. Disappointed and will look to for another salon the appreciates all their clients of all races.

I came in Wednesday afternoon and I paid 50$ on some powdered long nails. They were not coffin shaped, like I asked. The employee even cut the outside of my nails while “shaping” my them. My nails ended up being uneven and not like the picture I showed her. Two days later both my pointer finger nails broke. They just fell off and I’m not even going back so they can “fix” it bc they already done such a bad job already. I even went to another nail salon a day after I got my nails done Wednesday because of the horrible shaping. The lady that was fixing my nails seem how bad of a job the other lady did. Never again will I go there. It was my first and last time going. It was a waste of time and money.

If I could give them no stars I would! Came here for the first time and as soon as I walked in I thought it was strange that there was no board displaying the price of their services. After asking many questions, I was informed that they charge $40 for a full set. I knew massaging was included (hence the name nail and spa) so I thought it would be worth it…. after a week my nails keep chipping and cracking. Doing simple things like putting on my jeans makes them pop off. 2 nails popped off my finger while just walking and I had no idea until I looked down and seen half of my nail gone! I went to another place to get a refill and get the two nails fixed and the nail tech commented on how poorly done the shaping of the nails were along with the application of the nail. She did her best to glue them down as they were lifting very badly. Here I am 2 days later and 2 different nails from the original set done by this place have popped off!!!!!! I’m so furious that I am biting these off as i type this. I will never come here again and I advise you save your money and go elsewhere. This place sucks and they are robbing people by overcharging for a awful manicure job. Won’t even last 2 weeks before your next refill is needed!
