I went to Lady Nail on Friday September 30th about 2pm. I got a pedicure first then the same Lady did my fill-in. While she was doing my fill-in she began to file my nails. While she was filing away, SHE CUT MY SKIN OPEN ON MY THUMB AND I LITERALLY STARTED BLEEDING. This lady was sooooo rough while doing my nails. Even when using the drills she was too rough. Everything she did with my nails was extremely too rough. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS NAIL SHOP AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON. After cutting my skin open and making me bleed she did not offer any discount. She still expected me to pay full price for a horrible job. A discount should have been offered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BLEED!!!!!!!

Their no chip polish always chips within a couple days. & When their doing a new set on you they don’t take off all of the polish that you had on previously. Their no chip polish always chips within a couple days. & When their doing a new set on you they don’t take off all of the polish that you had on previously. The only good thing I can say shout this shop is that their not rude other than that you should take your money elsewhere.

I went to this salon last weekend. It was my first visit and I went for a fill in. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon. When I came in they asked what I needed it. I told them a fill in. They had me sit down with some man who looked as though he was pissed because I interrupted his iPhone program he was watching. He asked me what kind of polish and I told him I wanted the American manicure. He started working on my nails like Speedy Gonzalez. I mean he was working fast. Then he said, “no American manicure clear only.” I asked him why and he said, “same as your nail.” I said not I want American manicure. After he finished he told me to go and wash my hands. All I can say is my nails were horrible. You could see some of the purple polish he filed off and covered with the gel. I went to the manager and and she looked at my nails and told me to have a seat and she will fix them. One of my nails has broken because they pretty much filed away all the gel. I should have just stuck with where I was going. The lady told me next time she will take care of me. There will be no next time!!!! I’ve ordered my own gel products and gel polishes and electronic files and what not. I’ll do my dam nails myself thanks to them!!!!

I received the worst pedicure ever in my entire life here. It was absolutely trash. I wont ever go here ever again, not even if I was paid to come. The customer service is terrible and i just cannot believe the lack of pride the technician took in giving my pedicure. If I could render negative stars, I absolutely and wholeheartedly would do just that.

They did a very nice job on my mani-pedi. They took their time and did not rush. I will visit this salon again. I gave it 3 stars because they did not recognize that I was disabled (legally blind, red tip cane). I had to tell them that I needed assistance. Maybe on the next visit I won’t have to tell them.

I don’t recommend ANYONE to go there if your not familiar with the employees. Because some are horrible & should not be Licensed period
