I completely disagree with the previous comment from Karen. I was a client at the time she walked in the salon. Not only did she interrupt peoples conversation, she immediately thought she would be able to book an appointment right then and there. The owner and other stylist were very nice with her, and offered for her to come back at a later time. Karen left and was not polite. Karen, do not knock on this establishment! They take great care of their clients and I get nothing but compliments on my hair every time! So fresh so clean!!

Had a fabulous dinner at Pompello and while sitting outside saw a hair salon next door. Thought I could make an appointment for another time. When I went in all they said was “we’re booked up. Well thank God they don’t need any new customers. So if you want an appointment with a hair dresser. Don’t choose them. THEIR BOOKED UP.

I really like Lady Lock Spa and Salon. The Staff are very friendly, nice, helpful, professional, and good at cutting, dying and styling hair. I recommend Lady Locks Salon and Spa. They have a great atmosphere and each stylist has control of there own schedule so they are very flexible about appointment’s.
