Cassie is my go-to stylist now, and does a great job both on my hair and making sure I feel comfortable. I highly recommend!

No accountability. Called to complain about poor service, offered callback from regional management (Alicia). Call never came. Multiple promises and timelines broken. Clearly want to plug their ears and not listen to customer feedback. Shame on you.

I had a stellar visit to Lady Janes Haircuts for Men, today. My stylist Nicole was an awesome stylist who knew exactly what to do with her scissors and shaver! My neck is clean shaven and the scalp massage and hot towel treatment are extra but worth it! Nicole gave me exactly what I wanted and even was friendly during in cut conversation! I wish I could give her more stars cause the review doesn’t do her enough justice. I would definitely recommend Lady Janes and also Recommend getting an appointment so you don’t have to wait.

Normally I have an exceptional experience with a dedicated stylist. She was on vacation so I booked next available. The stylist I had didn’t to have the same client skills. Did offer the shampoo wash, had to request. Did not receive the customary neck shave because she had a problem with her foot. Asked if someone else could complete the appointment, but was told no one was available. Basically I felt I did not receive the normal level of service. If she has physical issues that affect the customary services, at least I should have been informed before sitting down. Very disappointed in this visit.

Called to make an appointment. Came in…had me do all the work to fill out who I am, and then answer how I heard about them. And then it asks “did you have an appointment?” What is the point of calling and scheduling? So I can come in and do it again, also why don’t the two girls fill that out? Bad service.

Inexperienced stylists, disorganized place. I’ve been here several times and they used to at least pretend to care, now they don’t and it shows. Why do you hire stylists at a men’s salon that doesn’t know what a low fade is? Crazy. Haircut

Certified idiots running this place. On three or four different occasions, I called to make an appointment and they would say just come on in. When you walk in, they ask if you have an appointment, if you don’t and it’s within five hours of closing they tell you we can’t take you today, make an appointment!
