Two of the girls who were there stood at a station working on a mannequin. I was hoping to get someone experienced. Went in scheduled an appointment came back a little early hoping if they weren’t busy they would get my sons haircut which when we pulled up there was only one other customer there. Two of the girls who were there stood at a station working on a mannequin. I was hoping to get someone experienced. I do understand ppl like to practice and keep up on their skills but on their own time. I thought customers come first. We waited 10 minutes and left.

This place has always had a cool vibe haircut prices have gone up since the good ‘ol $9 great clips cut back in my day. But the price is worth it for all thats included, they treat you right and pay attention too detail down too the smallest hair lol. Brianna is a top tier stylist and does her job fantasticly.

I’ve had a wonderful experience before with liyah. I requested her when I checked in because she was not given as an option over the phone. I then got my haircut by Brianna since Liyah has taken another client infront of my appointment. The haircut all in all is satisfactory but the service by her was unsatisfactory. She made damn sure to tell me how important angles are for haircuts and that is why she kept pushing my head back in a seat that pushes you forward. I can only bend back so far without the help of your recliner.. why get upset with me when I ask questions about my haircut? Im paying for it I have the right to voice a concern or any questions I have. She kept saying she couldn’t hear me and did not show any concern over my questions. I did not appreciate her passive aggressiveness when she set down the car reader either. Do not think I will be back.
