She always takes good care of me, pays attention to detail, makes great suggestions to try new styles, and I come out looking spiffy every time. Worst experience ever to say the least. I nearly cried when Olena cut the top of my hair when I said just the tips but cut the front. Never have I had such short hair in my life. Not to mention they were over priced for such a bad haircut and shave. Had to fix the shave at home after paying for it. $62 total for my sons haircut/wash and for my haircut/wash and shave. Ridiculous.

Having my wedding on Saturday, I needed a haircut. Previously I had the best experience with Tara (5 stars for her) but Alexandra managed to ruin my hair and head. She has the hands, moves and knowledge of a welder plus a really arrogant attitude.

I came here for my past few haircuts and have assumed my bad hair cuts were my fault because I had buzz cut and my hair was in a awkward spot, I didn’t blame them and thought it was because I had to grow it out a bit so I did. I had grown it out for the entire summer and had plenty of hair for them to work with. I made an appointment and came in. I asked for a little off the sides and for them to not really touch the length on the front. I even showed them some pictures. They said alright and proceeded to give the hair cut. It was looking good and they took me to wash my hair and brought me back. They proceeded to take some scissors and I reminded them to not take any length. They said they weren’t but then proceeded to take half of the length off and make it completely uneven. I’m now left with a haircut that I pretty much just have to combover and school is two weeks away so I have to pray and prepare to get roasted for this middle age man haircut. If you are looking for a place to give you a middle age dad combover haircut I’d go here, but if you are looking for them to give you what you ask for I would go elsewhere

I have got very stupid haircut at palentine branch from Hairstylist called TARA. I showed her bunch of pictures to get same haircut and also showed her picture from Great clips where i got bad haircut.Then shed very very bad haircut than Greatclips.Not sure how they recruited her as a hair stylist.Looks like she’s just practicing on people’s head’s. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BRAND.Zero Stars.
