I had Heather as my stylist, can say she’s very amazing at what she does. Takes her time making sure every small detail is taken care of and makes sure you walk out of there looking great! Very friendly and can keep a conversation, but her work speaks for itself and Lady Janes Taylor is lucky to have a stylist like Heather. Took her time on making sure my part was even, knew exactly how I wanted my hair from describing it and left me walking out with a smile. Highly recommend if you want your hair done right and to walk out with a smile.

It was the most professional service that I have ever. Another shop screwed my hair up and Gabby nailed it. She fixed my hair right before I left for vacation. It took like 10 minutes and was exactly how I get it cut. The ladies in Taylor rock and should be acknowledged for their professionalism and pride for what they do Haircut

I’ve taken my son to male run barber shops and they have screwed up his hair multiple times. Every time I’ve brought him here, the ladies are so professional and give him the best cut for his hair type no matter what picture he shows them. We will definitely be coming back again and again.

I’ve gone here for the convenience in the past. Today will more than likely be my last time stepping into this particular establishment. I arrived into the parking lot around 10:17am. Walked in, saw 3 stylist already going at it. Punched in, maybe around 10:20am. Nobody was sitting in the waiting area. Just me. Thinking this will be quick. A few moments go by before 3 other individuals walked in and signed in. 2 were definitely walk-ins just like me, the other sounded as if he had an appt. No biggy. But good thing I got there when I did. 1 of the stylist finished up with her client. Around 1045am she calls my name, but asked if I was just getting a haircut. I wasn’t, haircut and beard trim. $22 for the cut, $10+ for the beard trim, then I usually leave a 20%+ tip. So I was more than likely close to $45 (if I stayed). The stylist claimed she had an appt coming up so she decided to take the other WALK-IN that came in after me because he was “just getting just a haircut”. Ummmm, is that how walk-ins work? She assured me the next stylist would get me next. I honestly should’ve got up immediately when the stylist grabbed the other customer. I ended waiting another 10min before deciding to leave. I walked out of there pushing 11am. To the owner, you can see on camera when I walked in, you can see the lobby was empty when I walked in. You can see when I punched in and who punched in after me. If your stylist was so concerned about her appt, (which if it was the guy sitting next to me, why didn’t she just take him?) Because if it was him, your stylist completely skipped me then! Which is absolutely ridiculous! I won’t make an appt for places like this, because honestly, it’s subpar at best. Only place I’ve ever made an appt to get my haircut at, the individual no longer works there because they are retired and they always cut my hair the way I really wanted it. No way am I making appt to get a subpar haircut. Where I barely like it and just deal with it.

I don’t know how this place makes any money. I can’t make an appointment online, I called and they didn’t answer and the voicemail said they can’t take appointments on voicemail, I drove to their Taylor location and they were too busy to see me as a walk-in and I couldn’t make an appointment for tomorrow because I didn’t have any one’s name in particular. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT IF YOU MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE. But apparently I can walk in tomorrow. I’ve tried being a walk-in at least 5 times at this location only to be told “they’re too busy.” Never returning because they clearly don’t need or want my money.

Waited 30mins for a haircut with no one else in front of me waiting. I even called ahead to check the wait and they said there is only 1 person there. Then a lady told me she couldn’t cut my hair because she had an appt at 530pm, mind you it was only 5pm. When I said just take my name off the list she said she could cut my hair but I’d have to wait for somone else to cut my beard ….trash service. Make sure you have the second half of your day free if you need a haircut here.

Very unorganized and there’s no point in making appointments cause they’re un-loyal to their appointments. Made an appointment today and ended up waiting 50 minutes after and I left so it could’ve been longer, it’d be different if it was a 1 time thing but there’s been a handful of times where I’ve waited an hour + for a mid overpriced haircut, will not be going back, I’ll cut my own hair before I go back to this barbershop for older dudes just looking for a woman to talk to them

If you’re struggling to find a place to get a great haircut, then go to the Lady Jane’s in Taylor. Haley is an amazing stylist who consistently gives great haircuts. She can fade a zero with extreme skill, and always makes sure the cut is exactly what you wanted. I know I will continue to go back, and I highly recommend that if you are reading this you should go there too.
